A. Materials

Materials :
1. 1kg
white ginger (1kg jahe
putih)
2. 2
spoonfull of fine granulated sugar (2
sendok makan gula halus)

Tools :
1. A
knife (pisau)
2. Cutting
board (talenan)
3. Pan (wajan)
4. Chopper (chopper)
5. Spatula (spatula/sudip)
6. Bowl (mangkuk)
7. Spoon (sendok)
8. Sieve (saringan)
9. Stove
(kompor)
B. Steps
:
1) First,
wash the ginger until no dirt remains.
(pertama, cuci bersih jahe hingga tidak
ada kotoran yg tersisa)
2) Second,
peel the ginger skin.
(kedua, kupas kulit jahe)
3) Third,
put the ginger in the chopper, and then turn it on. Blend all the ginger.
(ketiga, masukkan jahe kedalam chopper,
lalu hidupkan. Blender semua jahe)
4) Turn
off the chopper and put the ginger in the pan.
(matikan chopper dan masukkan jahe kedalam
wajan)
5) Turn
on the stove and roast ginger until dry.
(nyalakan kompor dan sangrai jahe hingga
kering)
6) Then,
blend ginger again until smooth.
(lalu, blender lagi jahe hingga halus)
7) After
smooth, strain the ginger until becomes a powder, and add 2 spoonfull of fine
granulated sugar. Stir it.
(setelah halus, saring jahe hingga menjadi
bubuk, dan tambahkan 2 sendok makan gula halus. Dan aduk)
8) Put
the ginger into the packaging.
(masukkan jahe kedalam kemasan)
9) Finally,
add the logo on the packaging.
(terakhir, tambahkan logo pada kemasan)
